Brewed out of the old 'Little Creatures' Brewery that was carted across the country from Fremantle, this great dark ale has a great intensity with sweet tones. Medium hops with caramel and toffee notes that lingers for considerable time.

The Yellow Tail Shiraz has aromas of ripe berries and sweet vanilla. Spicy, sweet fruit flavours on the palate are matched with subdued earthy tones and fine tannins.

Yellow Tail Merlot is soft and supple, with sweet, plum and cherry flavours and a hint of liquorice or anise. Merlot is an excellent alternative to the heavier and more tannic red varieties.

The 2019 Trimboli “Salvatore” Trebbiano has scooped a Gold medal at the Australian Italian Varietal Awards Wine Show. The wine then went on to receive the Trophy at the same show and then…….. Chief Judges Award for Most Exciting Wine of the Show. Sa, whho has won hhundreds and hundreds of Golds over the years (plus some MAJOR Trophhies) hhas always handled this Italian white grape superbly, and you will love it every bit as much as the show judges.
