Larry is an easy drinking pale ale full of tropical Queensland fruit flavours. Lightly bittered and perfect for a hot Summer's day.

In the nose, hints of mocha and caramel and a yeasty herbalness (cloves, pepper) are rounded off with a slightly sour taste. You can taste biscuit, caramel and pear, beautifully balanced with a slightly roast bitterness and a touch of cloves. In the finish, the pearls flow away and culminate in a rounded dry taste.

Our NEIPA is hazy and malty with a restrained bitterness and sweet flavours of mango, pineapple and oranges. At 6.6% this is our crowd pleaser. Packed with Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra hops to give it a juicy tropical finish.

Pours milky-chocolate with a dense tan foam. Herbs, caramel, toffee and cholocate on the nose preceed a palate that packs a malty punch thats perfectly balanced given the 9.2% abv.

Viking IPA showcases the American hop variety known as Mosaic. We double dry-hop this beer to give it plenty of pine, tropical and resinous flavours, whilst keeping the bitterness light.

Pours deep dark red colour, with a light pink, compact and lacing head. Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries on the nose. The palate is sweet and fruity, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. An excellent dessert beer.

Our Bloodshot IPA is brewed with Red Malt & Oats, giving it plenty of rich malt flavour. Balanced out with a big double dry-hop, there's lots of resinous & piney notes on offer at a surprisingly easy drinking ABV.

The Korben D. is an American-style Double IPA saturated with our favourite hops - Mosaic, Simcoe and Centennial. Well balanced between the malt, hops and alcohol with fresh aroma of floral, citrus and pine. Drink Fresh!
