Colonial Brewing Co. South West Sour is a warm weather seasonal brewed in Margaret River in Western Australias South West. Pale, Wheat and Munich malts build a light body with a hint of sweetness and is partially fermented with a natural acidifying bacteria in the brewhouse. Ale yeast completes the job in the fermentation tank, adding a little extra fruitiness to boot. Hops from both hemispheres provide a vibrant tropical aroma, but with low bitterness to keep this golden sour light and refreshing.

Young Henrys Natural Lager is made with 4 natural ingredients: hops, malt, water and yeast. The haziness of it's golden appearance is due to the fact that it was created without filtering, preserving the delicate citrus aroma and taste in the Lager. Steersman Blonde is a refreshing low carb, low gluten lager. This easy drinking lager is brewed to ensure no compromise on flavour and a clean, crisp finish.

Mild Ale is brewed with a selection of barley and wheat malt, and with no added sugar. This traditional brewing approach provides the smooth malt character which is balanced by a triple hopping with Pride of Ringwood and Saaz hops. The brew is fermented similarly to its stablemates Pale and Sparkling Ale, with the customary secondary fermentation in the bottle.

The unique Stella Artois yeast strain (the very same yeast strain first used by the Artois brewmasters) adds a light to moderate fruity, cooked pineapple aroma and creates a clean, crisp medium bodied flavour with hints of cooked vegetable. The Saaz hop also produces a unique bitterness which is well balanced with the malted barley, giving Stella Artois a subtle but pleasant grainy, sweet finish.

Preservative and additive free, this beer is live-yeast conditioned in bottles and kegs, providing unmatched freshness and character. From brewing to release, a batch of Little Creatures Pale Ale takes about six weeks, allowing for two weeks conditioning in the bottle after packaging.
