A refreshing, clean, crisp, golden ale. Hints of tropical pineapple, passionfruit and citrus flavours and the dry finish, makes this the perfect summer ale.

A medium bodied ale which is light amber in colour, derived from the use of caramel malts. A refreshing but appetizing beer with toffee and caramel flavours balanced nicely with a blend of traditional English hops for bittering and American hops for aroma. The all malt ale is warm fermented which adds some complexity to the beer and leads to a fruity aroma which compliments this particular style of beer.

Pale amber in colour with a crisp clear bitterness, bottle conditioned with no preservatives added. This Prickly Moses beer is as close to nature as a beer can be. Brewed with pure Otway rainwater.

Ruby red in colour, The Morrison Brewery Irish Red Ale has low bitterness, strong malt flavour and aroma with hints of biscuit, toffee and roast. Some lingering sweetness, but seems dry at the same time thanks to the roast malt. A very creamy smooth finish with low carbonation makes it easy.

Pale, Munich, Crystal and Wheat provide a golden colour and a medium bodied malty base. Using the Ella hop, a half sister to the more well known Galaxy hop, provides floral, spicy aromas and flavours, a welcome change in a world of fruity, resinous Pale Ales. At 5% ABV it's easily approachable and extremely refreshing. A good all rounder, but also a great match with pizza.

This traditional Irish Stout is dry and intensely roasty in both flavour and aroma thanks to large amounts of Roasted Barley which also impart a delicious chocolate and espresso coffee flavour. Flaked barley provides for a smooth silky body and Kent Goldings hops provide a firm bitterness and balance.

A traditional English Best Bitter, around 35 IBU's of bitterness, pale straw in colour, crisp bitterness with a strong malt backbone, a balanced beer with a dry finish. The perfect summer session beer! Great with Fish and chips.
