Born from unrepeatable combination of cold climate, calcareous soils, and Adean breezes from one of the highest areas of the Uco Valley.

Light to medium-bodied, tight-knit with white peach, grapefruit, herb and mealy characters,well-balanced acid and a long fresh finish.

This wine is pale straw in colour and shows subtle grapefruit, mineral and flint characters on the nose. The palate has flavours of citrus and melon with savoury notes and a long dry finish.
