Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin
Yarra Valley makes some of the finest wines in the world. In 2015, Four Pillars combined Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz Grapes in Australia to create Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. 2018 release has great depth of colour compared to previous releases. Flavour-wise it's showing dark fruit, red berry and spice. There is also plenty of that classic Yarra Shiraz white pepper. And of course a lovely ginny character carries those grape aromas, making it unmistakably gin. The palate is lovely and sweet, with long juniper and spice characters to finish.

Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Enjoy in a classic Gin and Tonic.

Starting with Tuscan juniper berries, we searched near and far for the finest botanicals to give 1829 its balance between bright citrus characters and savoury spice. At 45%, 1829 makes a truly indulgent gin and tonic as well as a classic martini. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Imbue distillerys inaugural gin - a smooth wheat-based spirit starring locally abundant, foraged botanicals from Melbournes fringe suburbs. Suburban is boldly spicy, with the unmistakable pine aroma of juniper and the nutty warmth of coriander. Sunflower seed oils carry the grassy fennel and ginger heat through a burst of lemon to a crisp finish. Garnish with cucumber in a g&t to enhance the prickly pears unique melon notes.

Packed with botanicals it is juniper forward with the crispness of fresh organic white grapefruit peel balanced against Australian cinnamon myrtle and native pepper berries results in a modern versatile gin great for any occasion. The dry citrus hit of coriander seeds is accentuated by organic white grapefruit peel, providing fresh zesty qualities of citrus with subtle hints of bitter lemon. Floral top notes of lavender, rose and orris root, with earthy undertones from angelica root presenting on the nose.
