The Dons latest elixir is a handcrafted spirit using the finest Agave from the Jalisco highlands and tequila ageing methods that have been passed down from generation to generation. Cazcabel and Reposado is rested in American oak barrels for 8 months and balances the beautiful, clean and earthy agave flavour of the double distilled blanco with the complex but subtle aromas of toasted Oak. Pale yellow in colour, with aromas of honey, yeast, vanilla, pineapple jelly and a fragrant note of pink pepper appear. Fiesta Mexicana has a slightly creamy mouth attack and subsequently reveals an alcohol present but subtle. The aromas presented in nose then hide, highlighting herbal, woody and earthy notes.

Reserva de la Familia is the world's first extra-anejo tequila. It is hand selected from the Cuervo family's private collection. Each bottle is made using only blue agave harvested at its peak maturity after seven to twelve years of growth in the field and aged in French and American oak barrels for a minimum of three years. Reserva de la Familia is best served in a snifter, allowing for full appreciation of its flavours, aroma, and velvety finish.

Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Its creator, French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq, distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Aejo) to its own special recipe. Her tequilas are double-distilled and she uses Bourbon casks from Kentucky. This anejo tequila is aged 16 months. It features a very satisfying agave rich palate featuring salty and buttery vanilla garnished with oaky smoke.
