Tenute Rossetti Chianti DOCG
The colour is light ruby red with garnet reflections, it smells fine with scent of cherries, wild berry fruits, violet and spicy hints, dry and fresh, with good body and agreeable tannins and spicy hints in flavour. When young it is excellent with rich flavoured dishes, especially the traditional specialities of Tuscan cuisine.
Colpasso Pinot Grigio
Colpasso Pinot Grigio Has an intense bouquet of tropical and citrus fruits. On the palate it is medium-bodied and perfectly balanced, supple and refreshing. This is a versatile wine, pairing well with a great variety of dishes, or enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
Riporta Primitivo IGP
Intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. Complex bouquet with lots of red fruits. Full bodied, soft, quite tannic and harmonious. Ready to drink. Excellent with rich first courses, red meat, game and medium seasoned cheeses.
Riporta Pinot Grigio IGT
Medium bodied, round and pleasant with a great balance. Long and clean, spicy finish. Easy to drink well with rich pasta dishes, white meat and cheese. Delicious with cream soups and grilled fish.
FANTINI MONT.D'ABRUZZO
VINEYARDS : The vineyards are situated around the towns of Ortona, San Salvo and Pollutri on the Adriatic coast of the Abruzzo region. Facing south east, vines are planted on a mix of clay and limestone soils and are trained on both Guyot and Pergola systems. VINIFICATION : Once the grapes were received at the winery, they were gently crushed and destemmed. The grapes then underwent a cold maceration for 4 days. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 24 – 26 Degrees C for 8 – 10 days. This wine received no oak ageing to preserve the vibrancy of the fruit. COLOUR : Ruby red with garnet highlights. BOUQUET : Intense, persistent and fruity with a strong aroma of wild berries. FLAVOUR : Full bodied, well balanced, slightly tannic with a clean aftertaste. RECOMMENDED WITH : Excellent with all the typical courses of Italian traditional cooking. SERVING TEMPERATURE : 16 – 18 degrees C. Maschio Superiore Prosecco Di Valdobbiadene
Maschio's Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore is produced in the Valdobbiadene district of Italy. The wine is a straw yellow colour with green glints followed by an intense and fragrant nose with hints of candied citron and acacia flowers. The taste is fresh and charming with a fruity note. This Prosecco excellent as an aperitif and is ideal with light fish dishes, pastries and cakes.

Xanadu Fusion Chardonnay
Xanadu Fusion Chardonnay gives an elegant bouquet full of pears, grapefruit and gala apples with underlying hints of nougat and cashew. The palate is medium bodied displaying white fleshed stone fruits and zesty citrus flavours. The wine offers an almost crystalline minerality, complimented by a lovely creamy/marshmallow texture derived from lees stirring whilst in barrel. Taut and fresh, the bright fruit and crisp acidity combine to focus the wine perfectly to a lingering fruit finish.
