Brown Brothers have added the Prosecco Rosato to join the original, and much loved, Prosecco. In the glass there is a rose-gold colour and a soft nose of strawberry and apple skins. With the addition of a touch of Cienna to the Prosecco, the sparkling wine retains its trademark acidity while showcasing a softer, rounder side to the palate. This Prosecco is bursting with notes of citrus fruits, sweet lemon pith and green apple, all carried onto the palate creating a ligh fresh sparkling. The fruit sweeness is balanced out by the crisp acidity that makes for a lingering finish.

With flavours that run from finely sliced nectarine to a tickle of mandarin and back to a hint of musk, the Jacob's Creek prosecco is equipped to take on the chill and sweetness of gelato. It has rose petal texture and grapefruit acidity, which makes drinking brilliantly fresh but dangerously easy.

This Italian sparkling wine demonstrates a bright yellow color, with some greenish hints; the nose is pleasant and fruity with good intensity. It shows fresh fruit on the palate with a harmonious balance.

Straw in colour with subtle green hues and a delicate nose displaying apple and pear characters. While this wine retains the freshness and vibrancy that Prosecco is known for, the fruit for this NV release was picked later to provide a softer, rounder palate full of crisp citrus notes. This refreshing sparkling is made to drink young while at its light and delicate best.

Initial aromas for this Prosecco by Pizzini include yeasty and melon notes, as the wine opens up in the glass the nose smacks of citrus blossom, fresh lime, Wisteria flower and green apples. It is refreshingly fizzy with gentle, lemony acidity.

“A premium prosecco – why not? A drier prosecco than usual, bringing gravitas to the style, with a smarter, tighter line and length. No simple lemonade characters here, but rather some depth in aroma and flavour. Granny Smith apples, grapefruit, pear skin, preserved lemon.
