Balvenie Caribbean Cask was created by The Balvenie Malt Master, David Stewart, who celebrated an incredible 50th anniversary at the distillery in 2012. This single malt has had a 14-year maturation period in traditional oak whisky casks, before being transferred to casks that previously held Caribbean rum to finish aging.

The Macallan 12 Year Old Double Cask is the perfect balance of 100% sherry seasoned American and European oak, a marriage of 2 wood types. Smooth, sweet and balanced. The defining style is American oak - citrus and light oak balanced by the expected Macallan character of rich fruit and wood spice.

Cenote Cristalino comes in a crystal-clear bottle decorated with vivid Yucatán illustrations and Mayan glyphs, honoring Cenotes and Chaac, the Mayan rain deity. This is very much tequila with a soul, handcrafted rather than produced. Cenote Cristalino Añejo Tequila is made from 100% agave. It is aged in American white oak bourbon barrels for over a year, and then the colour is removed via activated carbon filtration. Flavours of baked agave, white pepper, dried fruits & a hint of spicy oak on the finish.

Deep, golden mahogany in colour, Dalmore has a fantastic nose of orange, marmalade and aromatic spice. Elegant and rich on the palate with concentrated citrus, oloroso Sherry with hints of sweet vanilla pod. An amazing and lingering finish.

The anticipated second release of Bruichladdich Port Charlotte 10 year old. The smouldering heat of peat and dark fruit is finessed by floral top notes, a twist of citrus and mellow oak. Full term in first-fill bourbon, sherry, tempranillo and French wine casks for a decade or more. Bottled at 50% alc. vol. using Islay Spring water.
