This American style IPA is layered with a range of mandarin flavour from a carefully selected hop bill, and about 100 cold pressed mandarins blended with a concoction of orange peel liqueur. The original "budweiser", this is a Czech Lager with historical pedigree. Golden colour, thick white head, a distinct pure malt aroma with a rich hop accent, unique and very mild bitterness of medium intensity to create a medium to full flavour.

Peychauds Bitters are produced according to the original recipe at Buffalo Trace Distillery. Its taste is sweet with slight hints of cherry, clove and nutmeg on the nose. Paychaud's is an important element in the Sazerac Cocktail and can also be used in a Manhattan, an Old-Fashioned and many other classic cocktails.
