Houndstooth blends traditional ingredients to create a highly satisfying Gin that is best enjoyed over ice with tonic water and lime.

A vatting of single malts aged between 12 and 27 years in oak casks and resulting from a cognac (double) distillation method with a mash exclusively made of « Malt » (germinated barley). It has been reduced to 43% alcohol by volume. Beige amber tint.

Colour: a beautiful bright color, clear, with opalescent pink tints. Scent: an aroma of fresh-blown flowers, delicate and tangy. Flavour: very pleasant floral taste, fresh and aromatic, well-balanced, with a final hint of acidity.

Colour: lively, pink. Scent: very fruity, very aromatic, fruit ripened in the sun. Flavour: very fruity, flavoursome, perfectly ripe fruit, lingering mellow and sweet.

Colour: bright vermilion. Scent: very aromatic, of pomegranate and red berries. Flavour: very pleasantly fragrant, of pomegranate juice with notes of red fruit.
