Willie the Boatman takes its name from a Scottish Convict whose job it was to row people across the Cooks River in Tempe before a bridge was built in the late 1800s. This Beer is named after another Tempe figure. Ivan Smith. Ivan is a a ball of energy, he is great fun to be around and a little crazy.in a good way. The Crazy Ivan IPA is full of malt and hops and most of all is a mouthful of fun. To keep the Crazy Ivan balanced and slightly under control we use big Malts married with Amarillo,Mosaic and simcoe hops. With an an IBU of 50 and a ABV 0f 6% hold on and enjoy the ride!

The Jacob's Creek Riesling is blended from select parcels which results in a crisp, elegant wine with a fresh floral bouquet, attractive citrus flavours and a delicate, dry finish. Jed is a supremely easy drinking ale/lager hybrid weighing in at a respectable 3.5% ABV. A healthy addition of Vic Secret and Azacca hops provide an array of bright fruity aromas and a restrained bitterness for optimum drinkability, whilst a Carapils driven malt profile evens the playing field to combine for the ultimate low-alcohol Australian Mid. Paris well with sweet potato wedges & sweet chilli sauce.

Australian made and owned. Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed and fermented using a unique method of top fermentation and natural bottle conditioning. Coopers are famous for this process which leaves a natural residue of yeast during maturation and gives a cloudy appearance with an enhanced flavour. No additives, no preservatives.

Birra Menabrea Lager is brewed using light barley malts and maize, for a light, crisp Lager style. A distinctive yeast strain, and a more significant amount of hops than is usual for a Lager beer add to its aromatic complexity. This, combined with a fairly high alcohol level, makes for a very full and flavourful, yet still refreshing Lager. Around 100 thousand hectolitres of beer are produced annually, part of which for export in twenty countries.
