Bowen Estate Shiraz

Woodstock Shiraz

Produced from one of Australia's premier Shiraz growing regions, McLaren Vale, comes Woodstock Shiraz. A big, richly flavoured Shiraz with spice and red berry fruit flavours. Fusing with the earthy nuances and mid-palate richness are long and fine tannins, ultimately ending the drink in a lengthy finish. Appropriate for drinking young, this red wine matches well with dark chocolate, barbecue flavours and red meat dishes like grilled lamb chops.

Robert Stein Cabernet Sauvignon

Robert Stein Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 shows a brick red colour, exhibiting fresh aromas of black cherry and olives from its bouquet. Finely integrated French oak infuses flavours of cassis and spicy berry fruit into the full-bodied yet delicate palate. A low alcohol wine, it is suitable for consumption upon release or can be cellared for a period of 6 to 8 years. Possible food matches with this delicious red wine include grilled steak, Asian BBQ lamb ribs, meatballs and port wine braised beef short ribs.

Whitebox Shiraz

Hints of spice and tobacco accompany powerful fruit flavours on the palate, while subtle red fruits provide an elegant nose. This wine can be enjoyed now, but will benefit from extended cellaring.

Sidewood Shiraz

Tucked away nicely in the Adelaide Hills, Sidewood Estate have made an art form out of crafting some of the very best single vineyard cool-climate wines available in Australia. Owen and Cassandra Inglis purchased the boutique property in 2004 and immediately set about making their vision become a reality. Their Sidewood Shiraz displays that vision to perfection. Attention to detail is the key here which enables flavours of red cherry, currants and dark plum to shine through along with hints of cinnamon and spice. The texture is beguiling and gives promise to a wine that will age for up to a decade.

Paracombe Shiraz

High up in the Adelaide Hills, Paracombe is owned and operated by the Drogemuller family, which it has passionately done since 1983. Sourced from both estate and selected grower fruit, Paracombe Shiraz shows wonderful ripe fruit aromas with a delicate cool-climate aspect. Notes of cherries, plums, pepper and spice are notable along with a palate of layered spicy fruit and a fine tannin structure.
