Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.

Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth. Enjoy straight up, with tonic, with soda, or in a cocktail.

Distilled to a unique recipe, Colombo 7 Gin consists of seven spices and botanicals, each with a unique role. Together they create a complex aroma and distinctive taste. Primary ingredients: Juniper berries, Coriander seed, Angelica and Liquorice root. Secondary ingredients: Sri Lankan Cinnamon bark, Curry leaves and Ginger root. This beautiful blend starts off with using the Classic Gin as the base and blended with Elderflower and Rose to create a unique Pink Gin Liqueur. Best enjoyed with fresh muddled lime and a splash of soda water, or mixed half and half with sparkling wine.
