Pisco is the result of the distillation of alcohols obtained after the exclusive fermentation of the ripe grapes, according to traditionnal methods.The Pisco is the traditional wine eau de vie of Peru. The originality of the Pisco is due to the ideal terroir and to the mode of elaboration authentic, exclusively from the wort of wine. The mature grape is pressed, the wort obtained is purified and then fermented. Dos Maderas PX 5 + 5 rum is made from a combination of rums from Barbados and Guyana. It is unique because of its triple ageing process where for 5 initial years the rum is aged in the Carribean in oak casks.
