The Bare Touch wines are made by Cowpunk winemaker Aaron Mercer using early picked grapes, free run juice and a 'hands off' non intervention approach. The grapes are naturally lower in alcohol and with far less skin contact than a traditional red wine, the free run juice is bright and vibrant with significantly lower tannins. This rich Shiraz has a fresh, juicy acidity and gentle tannins, making it the perfect easy drinking red, especially when paired with braised meats.

In the glass: Dark red. On the nose: Fresh herb, spice and red berry aromatics. On the palate: Mid weight with a subtly sweet mix of dark fruit, fine supple tannins and background oak. A good all-rounder.

The“LOVE 520 Shiraz”series is a limited edition wine which is originated from love and developed with the purpose of expressing love.“520”represents not only love, but also everything carried by a bottle of wine. To produce a standard bottle of wine requires 5.5 bunches of grapes on average, or about 520 grapes. The wine body is full and rich , with bright and soft tannins. Rich in aromas of chocolate, black pepper and blackberry jam, as well as subtle soil fragrance, which makes the taste buds feel a delicate balance.

Red in colour, this is a fragrant and silky Pinot Noir wine with raspberry, cherry, vanilla, mixed spices and a mineral note. Its medium bodied but still very generous for Pinot Noir but very flavoursome and moreish. Red and dark fruited with soft tannins and pleasurable as a wine on its own or with food, particularly a mushroom and parmesan tagliatelle.
