The Bare Touch wines are made by Cowpunk winemaker Aaron Mercer using early picked grapes, free run juice and a 'hands off' non intervention approach. The grapes are naturally lower in alcohol and with far less skin contact than a traditional red wine, the free run juice is bright and vibrant with significantly lower tannins. The“LOVE 520 Shiraz”series is a limited edition wine which is originated from love and developed with the purpose of expressing love.“520”represents not only love, but also everything carried by a bottle of wine. To produce a standard bottle of wine requires 5.5 bunches of grapes on average, or about 520 grapes. The wine body is full and rich , with bright and soft tannins. Rich in aromas of chocolate, black pepper and blackberry jam, as well as subtle soil fragrance, which makes the taste buds feel a delicate balance.

The colour is vibrant red with ruby hues. The nose is lled with the aromas of fresh zingy red berries, currants and spearmint. Juicy red currants and berry avours ow across the palate.

In the glass: Dark red. On the nose: Fresh herb, spice and red berry aromatics. On the palate: Mid weight with a subtly sweet mix of dark fruit, fine supple tannins and background oak. A good all-rounder.
