Forester Estate is owned by Vignerons Kevin and Jenny McKay. It’s situated in Yallingup, in the northern Margaret River region. Kevin’s motto is to build complexity and texture into his wines literally from the ground up! The superb wines are made by Todd Payne who has had “a distinguished career, starting in the Great Southern, then the Napa, Plantagenet, Esk Valley in Hawke’s Bay, and on to the Northern Rhône” (Halliday). This Shiraz Is Lighter In Alcohol And Full Of Flavour. Displaying Notes Of Fresh Red Plum And Red Berry Fruit That Develop On The Palate Leaving Silky Tannins On The Finish.

Rich dark purple with a crimson hue in colour. Intense dark fruit aromas of plum, and forest berries with hints of spice and vanilla. Rich and smooth with lashes of dense sweet fruit and soft tannins.

The bouquet is layered with abundant aroma's of plum pudding, cigar box, blackberries & chocolate. It has an excellent length of flavour, velvety tannins and hints of smoky oak. 71% Shiraz and 29% Cabernet Sauvignon are separately fermented & matured in a combination of new French & American oak before final blending.

With spicy raisin flavours infused seamlessly with specially selected spirits, Lindemans Gentleman's Collection is matured in seasoned oak. The result is a soft, rounded Tawny with a long, nutty finish.
