Domfrontais Calvadoss differ from those of the PaysdAuge by being made from at least 30% pears, as well as the traditional apples. This makes not only for a lighter-coloured spirit, but also one thats more feminine and elegant. This 1992 vintage Cavados has aromas of cocoa, pear, tea and jasmine. The palate is elegant and long with pear and spicy notes.

Distilled in the old columns of the Factory of Simon-located just in front of The Rum Company-small columns and entirely made of copper, this rum old Martinican was developed in exceptional conditions.
