A truly unique and distinguished distillery, Glengoyne straddles the border between the Highlands and Lowlands regions in Scotland and claim to have the slowest distillation method in the country. This enables Glengoyne to produce a 21 Year old Highland Single Malt of supreme mellowness and flavour. With a definite concentrated malt base the palate is overflowing with Christmas cake, honey and dried fruit characters and all capped off with an effortless finish courtesy of the premium sherry casks used in maturation.

Uniquely located on the border that separates the Lowlands from the Highlands, Glengoyne are also unique in that this historic distillery air dry their barley rather than the accepted Scottish practice of peat smoke drying. This imparts a subtlety and grace that other whiskies do not have. The 18 Year Old Single Malt has spent 18 long years maturing ex Sherry casks, the majority of which are first-fill. This patience has borne a whisky that shows spicy vanilla fruit, ripe apples and a rich, luxurious mouthfeel. Lark is Tasmanian whisky, proudly unique in character and style.
