Australia’s favourite Gin & Tonic is now in a can. The team at Four Pillars has crafted every element from a specially distilled version of their classic Rare Dry Gin, to custom making a dedicated tonic packed with orange. The result is a flavour packed and citrusy G&T ready to drink straight from the can. And each 250mL can is exactly one standard drink. It’s as simple and delicious as that.

Our Bloodshot IPA is brewed with Red Malt & Oats, giving it plenty of rich malt flavour. Balanced out with a big double dry-hop, there's lots of resinous & piney notes on offer at a surprisingly easy drinking ABV.

Willie the Boatman takes its name from a Scottish Convict whose job it was to row people across the Cooks River in Tempe before a bridge was built in the late 1800s. This Beer is named after another Tempe figure. Ivan Smith. Ivan is a a ball of energy, he is great fun to be around and a little crazy.in a good way. The Crazy Ivan IPA is full of malt and hops and most of all is a mouthful of fun. To keep the Crazy Ivan balanced and slightly under control we use big Malts married with Amarillo,Mosaic and simcoe hops. With an an IBU of 50 and a ABV 0f 6% hold on and enjoy the ride!

Aromas of raspberry, red cherry and forest floor, and flavours of red fruit, with fine tannins and a long finish.

Not many beers get given the rank of two stripes. This one has earned both rings. One of our most-saluted special releases, Balter IIPA is now back for a limited time. Clean, hefty hop notes provide substantial palate weight with hints of pineapple, pine and citrus, trailed by a delightfully dry, spicy finish.
