Brewed with high expectations & named accordingly, the beer took out a Gold Medal and became a favourite among Black Hops drinkers. Pallidus Tasmanian Pale Ale uses locally sourced hops from Bushy Park, in our native Derwent Valley. The beer is a medium-bodied, malty and balanced pale ale with a dry, crisp finish. It has notes of white grape, passionfruit, stone fruit and pine.
