This beer was born from a quiet chat about a gap in our portfolio. "What beer don’t we have, that we get asked for a lot?" This XPA answered the call. Our head brewer said, “Hold my beer” and stepped right up to the plate. It's as bright and tropical as a Queensland morning. Punk XPA delivers huge aromas of passionfruit and tropical stone fruits from a dry-hop bigger than most New England IPAs. A tasty golden wave of juicy fruits follow, mixed with pine and citrus. Simcoe and Mosaic are the stars of this unforgettable show. Little beach xpa “An xpa (extra pale ale) that falls more on the ipa side of things than the pale's of the world, this little brew was so named after little beach itself, which is located just 6km south of ironhouse point, with a continuous sloping rocky shoreline in between. The beach lies in a small valley at the mouth of little beach creek, which is usually blocked to form a small lagoon. the beach is 200 m long, faces east and is bordered by sloping granite points backed by cleared farmland. waves average over 1m and usually maintain a permanent rip against the southern rocks. there are occasionally good surf breaks over the rocks at each end of the beach. The beach and small backing valley are part of the little beach coastal reserve, with a camping area well known to tasmanian's. it’s quite literally a little piece of paradise.” - cheers, ironhouse brew master, briggsy

Imagine walking from Jervis Bay to Sydney. The crew onboard the cutter Nancy washed up on shore in Jervis Bay in 1805 and it took them 11 days to walk all the way home to Sydney. Sure hope there was a refreshing pale ale waiting for them at the other end. This bright pale ale bucks the trend of mega quantities of peach and passionfruit. Instead, the Strata and Amarillo aroma hops impart subtle notes that, if in a wine, might be expressed as barnyard. The dry finish results in a crisp, refreshing beer that is perfect for every summer day and not just 11 of them!

Bay of plenty IPA named after the Indigenous Australian meaning for Booderee. Large quantities of whirlpool and dry hops deliver boatloads of fruit and waves of flavour. Mango, stonefruit and citrus are all to the fore, while a welcome bitterness gently washes the pallet clean. An IPA that delivers plenty of everything that is good about hoppy beers!

An old-school classic style meets the new world in our twist on a pilsner. Cool fermented with European yeast for a dry, crisp finish but with flavour and aroma imparted through delicate use of New Zealand Motueka hops, this pils has plenty to interest craft beer enthusiasts yet is accessible to all. Just like the famous Jervis Bay climbing mecca it’s named after, this beer is straight up and heaps of fun.

Cult-favourite Bloody Shiraz Gin has found its newest home in a can. To maintain full flavour while keeping the serve to one standard drink, Four Pillars distilled a special super botanical gin to use as the base. A bespoke tonic was also crafted from scratch to complement the natural sweetness and spice, plus added lemon so it tastes like youve garnished your G&T with a slice of fresh lemon.

Hopsmith is a West Coast style IPA and all about the hops. Triple dry-hopped, the all American grown hop varieties are allowed to shine with citrus, pine, fruity notes and a nice dry, bitter finish.
