The Singleton of Dufftown is often described as possessing an exceptional smoothness. Using a combination of American and European Oak casks at roughly a 50/50 split the Master Distillers have had one passion in mind - to create the best tasting, perfectly balanced, rich and smooth Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This smooth, naturally rich Single Malt Scotch Whisky has sweet fruity notes and a lingering, pleasurable warmth . Best paired with desserts, apple crumble and vanilla ice cream are perfect for a richer taste experience.

The richly layered Glenfiddich 15 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky is innovatively matured in three types of oak cask: sherry, bourbon and new oak, before being married in a handcrafted Solera vat that is never emptied, but is always kept at least half full creating a deliciously harmonious and intense whisky.

To create its well rounded flavour, Glenmorangie 18-Year-Old Extremely Rare Malt spends fifteen years maturing in American white oak casks, then approximately 30% is transferred into Spanish Oloroso casks for a further three years. Then both elements are blended back together to create a whisky with a rich bouquet and full, rounded flavour.

Matured for over ten years in warehouse located near the sea, for a smooth tasting whisky with an air of sea salt on the finish. Some of our casks are matured in warehouses that are more exposed to the cooler sea air. The conditions in this coastal location affect our maturation climate and help create a smooth style of whisky that we call Sea Cask.

Malt Masters Selection has been matured in a combination of refill, Sherry and Bourbon casks, with a greater proportion of refill to allow the sweet yet refined distillery character to shine through. The whisky, bottled at 40% abv, promises a slightly sweeter take on the classic Speyside style used by the Singleton of Dufftown 12 Year Old.

Made from 100% Scottish barley, trickle distilled, then matured for its entire life by the shores of Lochindaal in premium American oak. The palate entry is so refined and refreshing, the sweet oak and the barley arriving together sending the taste buds into raptures. The fruits from Distillation drift in on an Atlantic breeze and pop on the tongue like champagne bubbles. A combination of ripe green fruit, brown sugar and sweet malt bring closure.
