Coming from the north of Peru, Ron Millonario Solera 15 Reserva Especial Rum owes its select aroma and flavour to its painstaking ageing and maturation process. While aged in American and Slavonian oak casks, four rows of the solera system are employed, and after fifteen years of ageing, the enrichment of the rum's quality is assured. The final result is a sensational drink. A rich, persistent nose of candied-fruit, prunes and cloves. The palate offers tastes of butter toffee, sultanas, Demerara sugar and even a hint of cola. The well-balanced sweetness first coats the mouth but then fades away slowly, leaving the palate clean. Every bottle of the Ron Millonario Solera 15 Reserva Especial comes attractively wrapped in Toquilla straw, the very same used to make the celebrated Panama hats.

Made from a 100% natural maceration of Victorian pineapple with a double matured Trinidad Rum. This Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum has a rich and delicious bouquet on the nose. Accented by smoky notes and tropical fruit aromas such as, pineapple, citrus peel, and a touch of clove. The palate opens with a structured, pleasant sensation of ripe banana, pineapple, and spices layered in a smoky finish.

A blend of specially selected aged rums, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection. Platinum Cane Spirit is made from sugar cane syrup and boasts fresh, light hypnotic elements resulting in an sensory tactile experience. For complete clarity the distillate is filtered through Cairns Tablelands volcanic rock.
