Adaptaur Reserve Barossa Valley Shiraz
Small parcels of the best quality fruit from the Barossa were chosen for this Reserve Shiraz – and it shows! It’s big, rich and mouthcoating...a ‘black red’ with some serious heft. Take that as a warning! The wine is named after a type of cattle (Hereford/ Shorthorn cross) bred for the harsh conditions of Australia’s far north, and has been crafted with steak in mind.
ANIMAL Love Cabernet Sauvignon South Eastern Australia
One of our absolute favourites, our Cabernet Sauvignon is matured in oak casks for that light vanillin oak finish. Its a lively red with a smooth finish, presenting fine velvety tannins and an intense blackcurrant jam flavour on the palate. Despite its complexity it is a great easy-drinking red, but we recommend it paired with hearty, meaty dishes such as a lasagne, steak or a cheese platter.
Allevio Pinot Noir
Latin for 'lighten', Allevio truly heroes the many simplicities of a great-tasting wine. Vegan, Naturally lighter in alcohol, and made with grapes grown through sustainable winegrowing. This wine delivers flavours of delicious red berry & cherries providing juicy freshness, followed by a touch of fruit sweetness. Serve slightly chilled for extra freshness.
MadFish Premium White Chardonnay
A West Australian Classic! Generous and cleansing with melon and citrus fruit flavours leading to a fine mid palate and a finish which is clean and long with a crisp acidity. 1 Litre Bottle.
RedHeads The Red Sedan Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz

Sail the High Seas Merlot
Rich aroma of black cherry and cassis with hint of vanillin. Flavours of dark chocolate and plums are tasted in abundance on the palate. The finish is smooth and long lasting. Pair with slow cooked stews or mushroom risotto.
