Lark Hill turn their winemaking skills and Biodynamic farming to the great (red) grape of Tuscany - Sangiovese. Red berry fruits, light tannins and a sumptuous palate give this wine a juicy, savoury character; perfect with grilled meats, pizza, pasta and charcuterie.This wine has been made for early drinking and does not require extensive cellaring.

Deep in the heart of Chianti in Italy's beautiful region of Tuscany lies Frescobaldi. Made from Sangiovese with a touch of Merlot to soften the palate, the wine displays bright cherry and red berry fruit with a well balanced savoury backbone of earthy spice.

Crisp and fresh acidity are the hallmarks of this Fighting Gully Road Rose that is made from Sangiovese grapes. It is barrel fermented and aged on lees, making this wine with a deliciously savoury dry finish.

Sangiovese is an Italian grape variety suited to the warm climate of South Australia's Riverland. This wine has delicate pink hues, but intense aromas and flavours of cherry, watermelon, strawberry and spicy vanilla. This is achieved by meticulous hand pruning and crop thinning and removing all unripe and damaged grapes before harvest.Harvest date: 13th March 2017The fruit was warm fermented in traditional open vats which were hand plunged. The wine was aged in oak barrels for 18 months prior to blending.This wine is light brick red in colour, with bright purple hues. With aromas of fresh cherry typical of the variety, the palate delivers savoury fruit and a smooth finish.Perfect with pizza, pasta and antipasto platters.

A pure and flowing wine with a nice savoury edge of red earth and red fruits acommpanied by a soft and subtle tannin. The spice is similar to Chinese 5 spice and really works well with the soft herbs and red fruit. It finishes long and clean.Limited Stock
