One glimpse of the sleek, black bottle indicates that this is something very special. Our Navy Strength Gin uses the same botanical mix as our classic London Dry Gin including Primrose, sweet cicely, nettle, rhubarb, milk thistle, rose-hip and Taylors of Harrogate green and jasmine tea, however is stronger and richer with an ABV of 57%. This creates a great body and intensity whilst still retaining our classically smooth finish. This gin continues the tradition of the Royal Navy’s ‘proof test’, whereby gunpowder can still ignite if gin is accidentally spilled upon it.

Beginning life as one of our development gins, we have taken our London Dry Gin which is crafted using locally sourced botanicals and masterfully infused this with the finest Yorkshire rhubarb sourced from the famous 'Rhubarb Triangle'. These unique ingredients are complemented with water drawn from the world-famous Harrogate aquifer, pure single grain spirit and a handful of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world.

A beautiful, hand crafted gin, made and bottled on the banks of the Silent Pool. A contemporary take on a London Dry Gin Distilled with 24 botanicals including juniper, liquorice root, cassia bark and cardamom for depth and spice, and bergamot orange and kaffir lime for citrus. Rose, lavender, chamomile and linden flowers add floral notes, while local honey delivers a smooth finish. TASTING NOTES A classic gin at heart, full bodied and fresh with depth, clarity and flavour. Our own interpretation of an old style of gin popular in the 18th century, when strict licensing made it difficult to make and sell gin. The image of a tomcat hung outside a door indicated that this was an illegal distillery. Our classic London Dry Gin base remains, however the addition of Yorkshire liquorice creates a sweeter more mellowed gin.

Influenced by the traditional London Dry style gin but uniquely Australian. Featuring juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, liquorice root, orange peel, Oolong tea, Australian native thyme, finger lime and aniseed myrtle. Makes for a delicious citrusy martini. Pure ingredients and the natural environment add to smooth and mellow character of our award-winning Tomintoul Speyside Glenlivet Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 'the gentle dram'. Tomintoul 'With A Peaty Tang' has been made with peated malt barley to give it a deep smoky flavour. This makes 'Peaty Tang' very unusual, most distilleries in the Speyside region do not use peat.

Crafted by hand, this Deanston is first matured in ex-bourbon casks from a family run cooperage in Kentucky, creating its subtle but zesty character. The Golden Spirit is then finished in Virgin Oak casks, adding subtle spicy aromas. The result is a dram that warms the heart as well as the conversation. Deanston Virgin Oak sits between premium bourbons, and non-age statement Scotch whiskies. For the consumer, this means a link from bourbon to Scotch, in both price & flavour.

Cotswolds Dry Gin has a delectable blend of nine carefully considered botanicals. Upfront and clean on the palate, followed by fresh grapefruit and a hint of coriander seed. Black pepper spice builds with a touch of dryness. Clean and balanced finish with a hint of lime and lavender.

The botanicals used comprise of nine classic gin varietals, plus 22 wild, Islay botanicals that are hand-picked from the wind-swept hills, peat bogs and the Atlantic shores.
