This American style IPA is layered with a range of mandarin flavour from a carefully selected hop bill, and about 100 cold pressed mandarins blended with a concoction of orange peel liqueur. A delicious variation of our spiced rum infused with heart-warming roasted coffee. It’s full flavoured yet rounded and nicely balanced bringing forth characteristics of vanilla, raisins and a suspicion of chocolate orange. In addition, you’ll find traces of clove and a good wallop of cumin.
