For the Blossom Harmony, the blenders at Suntory married Hibiki liquid with Sakura cask finished whisky, set to bring more of the same well-balanced, perfectly crafted whisky, but with a twist. The nose is full of wafting floral scents, Sakura, fragrant olive. The palate has a smooth mouthfeel, with expanding fragrances of acacia honey, pear and a refined sweetness suggestive of Sakura mochi.
