Pearse 7yr - Distillers Choice - is a malt and grain whiskey blend aged in a combination of former Bourbon, Kentuckey Bourbon Barrel Ale and Sherry barrels for a minimum of 7 years. This Whiskey won the title of Best Blended Irish Whiskey for two consecutive years '20 & '21TASTING NOTESNose: This specially blended Irish Whiskey gives fresh citrus and piny herbal notes with subtle spices and dried fruits giving a lingering light fruit cake aroma.Palate: This offers warming spiced oak flavours with hints of green grape evolving to caramelised pear. Before long, international patrons and publicans alike were clamouring for more Paddy, so the whiskeys name was changed to honour the man himself, as global demand increased.
