The full-bodied flavour of our signature whiskey comes from the unique marriage of single pot still spice and single malt smoothness. A triple distilled Irish whiskey which is complex yet smooth, this is ideal on its own or on the rocks, though a grilled rib eye steak with a side of mash and gravy, would suit it perfectly. Nose: Nectarine, honeydew melon, buttered brown bread. Palate: Custard cream biscuits dunked in tea, cinnamon sticks, peppercorn, and lemon cheesecake. Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 21 year old is aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon-seasoned casks, then transferred into Madeira casks for a further 2 years. The result is a whiskey awarded Best Irish Single Malt 2013. It has huge depth that interweaves dried fruit flavours with spicy, aromatic maltiness and subtle nutty raisins notes.

To add a depth of character Teeling Single Grain is exclusively fully matured in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels which creates very distinctive rich amber colour while imparting strong spicy notes and lush red berries and grape flavours. Like all the Teeling Whiskeys, it's bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, allowing for all the natural flavours of the Whiskey to be retained. Made through the combination of unique ingredients, predominately maize/corn, and the modern technique of column distillation producing an exceptionally clean smooth and sweet Irish whiskey.

This Platinum bottling has been limited to only 250 bottles making this one of the worlds most exclusive Irish whiskeys. A smooth, blended Irish whiskey with a complexity created by triple cask maturing in virgin and seasoned American oak as well as ex-Oloroso sherry casks. Robust nose with pronounced oak spice, rich dried fruity notes, butterscotch, earthy spices and vanilla. With time it develops in dryness and becomes slightly more savoury. Dry finish, earthy spices, and a hint of sweetness. Their signature process involves three types of casks: virgin casks add flavours of toasted oak and vanilla, Tennessee whiskey and bourbon casks add flavours of caramel, banana and butterscotch, and sherry casks add flavours of raisin and spice.
