Their Shiraz shows ripe blackberry fruit flavours that are supported by some savoury and spicy undertones. The grapes are carefully selected, only perfectly ripe, healthy ones with out botrytis are used to make this Villa Wolf Pinot Noir Rosé. It has deliciously light with bright fruits characters and finishes with lively acidity that cleans the palate refreshingly.

Spinifex Esprit is a Grenache Mataro blend that has a vibrant, youthful and fresh palate driven by a tangy herb infused line of red fruit red currant, sour red plum, pomegranate and marjoram that gains warmth and depth turning to tobacco, game, cedar and darker fruit to close. Pulpy, fleshy fruit is drawn long with plum skin acids and stony tannins.

Gigondas always seems to play the little-brother role to Chateauneuf du Pape, but these wines can be very, very good. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre vinified in the purest tradition, this wine is opulent now and will age well for the next 8 or 10 years.

The Craiglee vineyard was established in the 1860's, and replanted in 1976 by the current winemaker, Patrick Carmody. All wines are made from estate grown fruit using natural processes that reflect the flavours specific to the site. This is an iconic Victorian wine that features a trademark of pronounced cracked black pepper.

David Hook's Shiraz is medium bodied, some vibrant characters of spicy red berries and soft rounding tannins with hints of vanilla oak on the palate. Ripe fruits richness with a lengthy finish. A great number to have handy when friends drop by.

Dal Zotto is a family run winery in the King valley specialising in traditional Italian varietals. Their Barbera is a great example of the variety with ripe blood plums, spice, and a meaty savouriness. A great food friendly style - add a splash to boost your bolognaise!
