Birra Menabrea Lager is brewed using light barley malts and maize, for a light, crisp Lager style. A distinctive yeast strain, and a more significant amount of hops than is usual for a Lager beer add to its aromatic complexity. This, combined with a fairly high alcohol level, makes for a very full and flavourful, yet still refreshing Lager. Around 100 thousand hectolitres of beer are produced annually, part of which for export in twenty countries.

Tooheys Extra Dry is Australia's fifth highest selling beer (Nielsen April 2010) and is well known for its clean, crisp taste. Peychauds Bitters are produced according to the original recipe at Buffalo Trace Distillery. Its taste is sweet with slight hints of cherry, clove and nutmeg on the nose. Paychaud's is an important element in the Sazerac Cocktail and can also be used in a Manhattan, an Old-Fashioned and many other classic cocktails.

It has a mild hoppy taste with a subtle sweet flavour. Unlike a lot of reduced alcohol beers it maintains a solid body and texture. It is an excellent beer for those long lunches.

The unique Stella Artois yeast strain (the very same yeast strain first used by the Artois brewmasters) adds a light to moderate fruity, cooked pineapple aroma and creates a clean, crisp medium bodied flavour with hints of cooked vegetable. The Saaz hop also produces a unique bitterness which is well balanced with the malted barley, giving Stella Artois a subtle but pleasant grainy, sweet finish.
