Coedo Beniaka is an unfiltered Imperial Sweet Potato Amber Ale. Fermented for an extended period, the Beniaka boasts an aromatic sweetness in its amber tones. Its unique profile is owed to a combination of high quality malts, roasted kintoki sweet potatoes and excellent beer craftmanship. Beniaka is unique to the Bushu area, and uses the famous kintoki sweet potato, a specialty item in Kawagoe.

Shikkoku is a Japanese word that reflects the jet black colour of onyx, perfect for this enchantingly dark, slow-aged brew marked by an elegant and mellow flavour profile. Leffe Blonde is a Belgian Abbey Ale, golden in colour. These malts go through a special kilning process which dries and cures the malt at high temperatures resulting in high soluble sugar levels giving Leffe its distinctive colour, aroma and flavour.
