100% barrel fermented to create a rich Chardonnay exhibiting a classic profile of tropical fruit and Bosc pear alongside warm oak aromatics. The luscious palate suggests crème brulee and buttered toast, and finishes with fresh acidity

Layered with notes of green apple, juicy pear and warm baking spices. 0% barrel fermentation, 50% stainless steel fermentation. Sur lie aged and hand stirred (batonnage) monthly.

Aromas of ripe black currant, savoury oak and spice. Palate of dark red fruits, overlayed with rich mocha, some cigar box, some spice. Finishes smooth with vanilla and caramel.
