Patrón Añejo is delicate blend of uniquely aged tequilas. All the tequilas are aged in small white oak barrels for a minimum 12 months. Ilegal mezcal is a beautifully balanced vintage mezcal from Tlacolula, Oaxaca Mexico. It is made by a fourth generation Mescalero and his family using 500 year old methods. Aged for four months in new American oak. Caramelised pear on the nose, agave, butterscotch and vanilla on the palate. A light fruit finish. Velvety smokiness throughout.
