Volcan De Mi Tierra Anejo Cristalino Tequila

A new entrant into the Tequila market comes from a joint venture between Moët Hennessy and the Gallardo family. Using only lowland Blue Weber agaves, production is overseen by Master Distiller, Anna María Romero Mena. 'Cristalinos' are the latest trend in premium tequila. They're matured in American oak, then charcoal filtered to remove any colour. The result looks like a Blanco but tastes and smells like a Reposado. Volcan De Mi Tierra's expression is a blend of anejo and extra anejo tequilas aged for four months with different cask finishes, including whisky and cognac.

Tromba Añejo Tequila

Sourced from the finest plants from Jalisco's most exacting growers, Tromba Anejo Tequila is aged in white oak American Whiskey barrels for over 20 months, resulting in a rich, sweet tequila with notes of chocolate, caramelized anise, apple and peach.

Ilegal Mezcal Joven

Ilegal mezcal is a beautifully balanced vintage mezcal from Tlacolula, Oaxaca Mexico. It is made by a fourth generation Mescalero and his family using 500 year old methods. Ilegal joven mezcal is a perfect balance of espadin agave and light smoke. Deep agave aromas. Hints of baked apple and white pepper. Lingering heat and sweet agave throughout.

Laphroaig Quarter Scotch Whisky

The Quarter Cask is a strong, double cask matured, non-chill filtered malt from the iconic Islay distillery, Laphroaig. With a nose of burning peat embers and hints of coconut and bananas that is then followed by a palate that is deep and complex with smoky flavours.
