Maxwell Honey Mead is made by fermenting pure South Australian honey, using one of the oldest recipes. It has light beewax mixed with cooked citrus aromas on the nose and hints of floral and apricot on the palate with a clean finish. Henkell is one of the world's most popular sparklings and one with a long and proud history. The classic Henkell Trocken is fresh and fruity with hints of ripe pear and green apple. A crisp clean and lively finish.

Shiraz and Grenache blend beautifully in many of the warmer parts of South Australia. This AAA is Paxton's 9th release, crafted similar to a Rhone-style wine yet it is packed with Au's Terroir. Made by Rockstar winemaker Ben Riggs, the McLaren Vale Shiraz is as true an expression as one could hope for. The fifth release of the wine is based around a core of pristine fruit with dark red berries, hints of spice, earth, tar and leather and with seamlessly integrated oak. Ripe tannins are apparent but not overwhelming, meaning this is a wine which can be enjoyed now or in the next 10-15 years.
