DOMAINE TARIQUET BAS ARMAGNAC 5 YEARS FOLLE BLANCHE CARAFE

The youngest of the brandies in this typical Bas-Armagnac blend was aged in oak barrels, in our cellars, for at least 3 years. Tasting Notes: A beautiful shade of old rum. A fine, elegant, subtle bouquet with no austerity. The oak reveals a hint of vanilla, enhanced by traces of cinnamon and dried fruit. The esters produce cocoa and vanilla aromas. A strong, well-balanced palate releases flavours of spices and currants. The finish has spicy undertones, with marked vanilla, prunes and dried fruit.

DOMAINE TARIQUET BAS ARMAGNAC FOLLE BLANCHE VS

The youngest of the eaux-de-vie making up this blend of typical Bas-Armagnac grape varieties has been aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years in our cellars. Tasting Notes: Beautiful amber colour, old gold. The nose of warm bread crust, blond caramel. With ventilation, the sensation of soft heat is confirmed and intensified then evolves into notes of angelica candied. The palate is frank, young, slightly vanilla, all marked by the toast and youth of burnt wood. A caressing brandy, all in flexibility.

DOMAINE TARIQUET BAS ARMAGNAC FOLLE BLANCHE 8 YEARS

An eight-year maturing process gives rise to a superb Folle Blanche brandy. Served at room temperature or chilled, the natural intensity of the Folle Blanche will provide a delicious accompaniment to desserts with orange and chocolate. Profile: The intensity and finesse of a 100% Folle Blanche Bas-Armagnac in the first bloom of youth. Tasting notes: A golden robe and a sap-heavy bouquet, with accents of vanilla, plum and orange zest. A tight flavour with a lively punch, coloured by notes of plants and fruits, backed by faint cocoa aromas. A great length of flavour, building to a finish dominated by woody notes and orange zest.

DOMAINE TARIQUET BAS ARMAGNAC FOLLE BLANCHE 15 YEARS

Fifteen years of aging introduce the second maturity of the Tariquet white follies. Served at room temperature or slightly warmed between the hands exalts its aromatic richness. A resplendent colour with hints of mahogany. An intense, complex nose of the orange preserve, rancio, honey and Madagascan pepper. The enticing power of the attack the identity of flavour on the palate is matched by a growing spiciness which is strong without ever being overwhelming. The complex ranch ties the various elements together into a coherent whole, with a long, smooth finish replete with dried fruit flavours (pineapple, apple, grape)
