HISTORY Château de Laubade was built in 1870 in the heart of the noblest area of the AOC Bas Armagnac and is today the premier Armagnac property. Today, the third generation is actively involved in the quest of excellence of the property, composed of 105 hectares of single vineyard, to make Château de Laubade an undisputed reference among the Armagnac category. Domaine du Tariquet 1994 BA 45.5% 700ml Grape Variety: 60% Ugni-blanc 40% Baco Tasting Notes: Vintage blonde colour, slightly tiled. The nose is ripe, well vanilla, some aromas of hazelnut then a very pleasant sensation of sweetness. The aromatic palette turns out to be noble, very “cigar box” and cashew nuts on the glass bottom. The palate is suave, powerful, thick with a feeling of opulence, bringing in the finish more orange freshness.

Definitely one for special occasions. Its beautiful amber dress is adorned with beautiful coppery shades. Then the nose opens on fruits, especially fresh apricot, spices, vanilla and licorice. The attack is wide. Alcohol is present but in terms of power, not aggression.
