Rarissime is a blend of exceptional eaux-de-vie aged for up to 80 years, coming from the 2 of the most prestigious cognac appellations, Grande and Petite Champagne. This exceptional and very rare Cognac has very fine aromas of vanilla reinforced by shades of leather and tobacco. Its remarkable aromatic persistence reveals a rich and powerful rancio typical of long aging in oak barrels.

A blend of Tesserons sublime stocks of Grande Champagne Cognac distilled in the 1950s. Incredibly complex, powerful, round and long and includes some Colobard adding both richness and texture. Layer after layer of rich intensity with nuts, mixed peel, raisins, dark chocolate, charcoal and wild honey notes. For all of its mouth coating richness and intensity, there is a pillowy texture and perfect spirit integration.

From the oldest house in Cognac, Martell XO is often overlooked for more commercial counterparts. Those in the know realise that with such a great history and cellar-stock to draw upon, this is one of the most complex, well-made Cognacs produced in the great region.

Prosper Delord was a travelling distiller who upon discovering Armagnac fell in love with the spirit and decided to start Maison Delord in 1893. Today Jerome and Sylvain Delord, Propers great grandchildren continue the tradition with the same passion, knowledge and love that has been handed down through the generations.

From 1860 to the present day, the family has forged a unique identity rooted in a distinctive land where passion and discretion are words to live by. Alexandre Lhéraud, who settled in the Petite Champagne region to serve the local chatelain, or château keeper, was the first to plant vines in his garden. Victor, Jean, Pierre, Eugène, Rémy and Guy followed in his footsteps. These men of fine temperament and steadfast work ethic expanded the estate and honed their method, passing down their memory of the land and the care they put into their product. That is what imbues Lhéraud cognac with its singular style, which harnesses the past to shine in the present.
