Peated Bourbon? Yes, sirree. To be clear, this is not a classic Bourbon finished in a peated cask. Its a Whiskey that conforms to the requirements for Bourbon, yet is made with a percentage of peated malt. The peated malt represents 30% of the mash bill alongside 70% New York State organic corn.

Our Pale has both citrus and passion fruit aromas, showcasing American hops added late in the brewing process. The story of Sokol Bloser first began in 1971 when Susan Sokol and Bill Blosser first planted vines in Oregon's Dundee Hills. Alex & Alison Sokol Blosser, Siblings, Co-Presidents, and Second Generation Winegrowers, are passionately committed to their families legacy in creating world class wines using sustainable methods. From the start, the Sokol Blosser family was aware of the impact that farming and wine production would have on the environment. Before it was popular, the winery did everything it could to give back to the land. The Sokol Blossers knew preserving the land would help the winery remain family-owned for generations to come. Sokol Blossers' 2018 Big Tree Block Pinot Noir has a light and floral nose with bright fruit. The palate has dark cherry, pomegranate and rhubarb notes. This wine pairs well with classic dishes such as chicken Marsala and steak au poivre.

Van Winkle Special Reserve 12 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey is the perfect combination between proof and age. This full-bodied, sweet whisky has been described by some as “nectar.” The medium proof and 12 years of aging seem to be just right in creating a very pleasant drink of whisky. This whisky is a beautiful amber-orange colour. The nose has aromas of luscious, complex toffee. The palate begins round and supple, leading to a dry, expansive, medium body. There are flavours of brown spices, caramel, and nuts. It’s an outrageously smooth and decadent bourbon.
