The Nikka Coffey Malt is the result of a unique distillation process in Coffey type column stills, which are normally used for grain whisky production.As such, this unique 100% Coffey malt is categorized as a grain whisky, and offers a surprisingly rich texture with deep oaky notes.

Johnnie Walker Aged 18 Years has rich sweet fruit aromas along with toffee caramel, vanilla and a hint of smoke. Its warming and sweet on the palate with dark fruits, malty cereal, smooth creamy vanilla, fragrant almonds and tangerines, and a gentle smoke developing. A lingering finish brings notes of dark chocolate, caramelised citrus peel and very light smoke.

The richly layered Glenfiddich 15 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky is innovatively matured in three types of oak cask: sherry, bourbon and new oak, before being married in a handcrafted Solera vat that is never emptied, but is always kept at least half full creating a deliciously harmonious and intense whisky.

An ode to the traditional use of peat in Glendronachs younger distilling days. This expression boasts a wonderful balance of peat characters, that complement the spirit itself, while still maintaining the classic sherried Glendronach we know and love. Matured in bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks.

Caribbean Cask has been matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years, and then finished in casks that previously held Caribbean rum. To create the ideal finish Malt Master David Stewart, filled American oak casks with his own blend of select West Indian rums. When he judged the casks to be ready, the rum was replaced with the 14 year old spirit and the wood was put to work adding the final touches. The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie, married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit,with a warm, lingering finish. A stubborn, sulphurous single malt, condensed in rusted worm tubs on an inhospitable rocky bluff.
