Jacob's Creek Cool Harvest Sauvignon Blanc was harvested in the middle of the cool night to capture the freshest flavours and acidity of the Sauvignon Blanc fruit. Vintage conditions in 2011 were simply perfect for this style, with ample rain in the winter followed by long sunshine filled days during ripening. Loosely based on the West Coast American style Red Ale, this IPA is dangerously flavourful holding it's 6% ABV well. A medium to high bodied beer, the low carbonation giving it a fuller mouth feel. A must for the discerning craft beer drinker.

True to Sam’s Italian heritage, it’s made from nearly all Montepulciano with a splash of Vermentino to add extra lemony zip. A pretty hue, lovely ripe fruit and zesty freshness. From the stable of Devils Lair, Fifth Leg is a blend of Cabernet, Shiraz and Merlot that is a soft and supple drink-now style. The quality of the Margaret River fruit gives it flavour which will appeal to the serious red wine drinker as well.

Restrained red fruit with a background of menthol, leather and tobacco on the nose leads to a big mouthful of cherries, vanilla and plums with good intensity. A nicely balanced wine, drinking very well.

Yalumba Y Series Merlot is soft and supple, with sweet, ripe fruit flavours and a hint of liquorice or anise. Merlot is an excellent alternative to the heavier and more tannic red varieties.

Pale straw with green hues. Aromatic pear and citrus on the nose, with the same fruit characters and a touch of lychee coming through on the palate. The finish is balanced with soft acidity.
