The Jacob's Creek Riesling is blended from select parcels which results in a crisp, elegant wine with a fresh floral bouquet, attractive citrus flavours and a delicate, dry finish. This Riesling has always been outstanding value for money, yet in recent years, the wine has gone on to become a true star in both quality and price.

Pale straw with green hues. Aromatic pear and citrus on the nose, with the same fruit characters and a touch of lychee coming through on the palate. The finish is balanced with soft acidity.

Loosely based on the West Coast American style Red Ale, this IPA is dangerously flavourful holding it's 6% ABV well. A medium to high bodied beer, the low carbonation giving it a fuller mouth feel. A must for the discerning craft beer drinker.

Full ginger beer taste and full beer strength (5.3% to be exact). The Ginja Ninja is brewed with local Tumut region Batlow apples. It has almost no carbs as most of the sugar is fermented out of it. With a nose of rich spicy pepper and liquorice generous in intensity, Jacob's Creek Shiraz shows a medium-bodied palate displaying welcoming plum and cherry fruit flavours leading through to a softly textured finish.

A fresh contemporary style of Merlot from Jacob's Creek produces a luscious medium bodied wine that has ripe plum and berry fruit flavours in harmony with soft grape and oak tannins giving length and texture.

This Chardonnay has a distinctive nose that leaps from the glass and displays a lovely tropical fruit aroma. The wine has a rich creamy finish while being silky smooth and easy to drink.

Jacobs Creek winemaking dates back to 1847 when Johan Gramp planted his first vineyard on the banks of Jacob's Creek. This full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits an aroma of mint and blackcurrant, with a palate rich in blackcurrant and plum fruit flavours with smooth tannins.
