This style of Lager beer is a modern, ‘Byron Bay’ interpretation of the classic German style Pilsner – light in colour and body from pale malt, balanced with a smooth bitterness and lemony-floral aroma and flavours from the addition of noble German hops - Saphir, Tettnang and Hallertau.
