This Madfish Sauvignon Blanc Semillon has alluring aromas of guava, nashi pear, citrus zest with a hint of white floral on the nose. When you put two classics together, it is likely you will end up with Evans & Tate Chardonnay. Their new Broadway range signifies the array of vineyard locations that the grapes are sourced from, throughout Margaret River. Bringing the essence of the region to your glass. Beautiful citrus and ripe pear aromas mixed with honeydew melon undertone and yeast characters on the nose. This wine finished with a mouth watering acidity that would get you hooked for more.

Once & Well is an elegant example of Chardonnay from the cool climate of Margaret River. Once & Well sets a high benchmark for this wine style. Ripe stone fruit and spring florals with hints of spice and oak on the nose, this wine has a mouth watering acidity structure that complement the richer mouthfill of the wine beautifully.

The Chardonnay is from low-yielding Gin Gin vines that are now over 20 years old. Painstakingly converted them to cane pruning (from the established spur pruning). The parcels were hand-harvested, foot stomped and naturally fermented in a mix of concrete egg (20%) and old barrels (80%). It only received a rough filtering to, keep the wine as close to the vineyard as possible. Fresh, crisp, organic Chardonnay.

Forester Estate Chardonnay is a refreshing fruit-driven wine. Pale lemon green in colour with intense roasted nuts, honey, ripe peach and a hint of smoky oak with lingering MLF on the nose. It is medium body with similar profile from the nose. Classic acidity structures with a toasty yet deliciously creamy finish.

Vasse Felix is on the cutting edge of modern style Chardonnay with their focus on lean, zippy and aromatic characters. A proven medal and trophy winning wine, the Vasse Felix Filius Chardonnay has delicious stone fruit and purity of acid and minerality. Has wonderful line and length that will accompany light seafood dishes wonderfully.

A sophisticated chardonnay based on some exceptional fruit and the deft subtle hand of the winemaker. It has been expertly crafted in the modern style, yet still delivers the power and fruit intensity that you expect from Margaret River. Love that minerally fine palate with its penetrating full ripe but controlled structure and depth. Pink grapefruit and pears mingle with white stone fruits. Seamless cashew oak integration finishes with mouth-watering acidity.

The palate exudes fleshy primary fruits, layered with nutmeal, lemon butter and brioche. A chalky, mineral texture and fresh citrus acidity continues the bounce.
