FLOWSTONE Moonmilk White Gewurztraminer Sauvignon Blanc Savagnin, Margaret River

Abundantly ripe bouquet of stone fruits, white peach and nectarines mingled with fine buttery oak undertones. Creamy powerful, complex, mouth filling with a persistant dry finish.

Pale straw colour with nettles, limes, guava and tropical fruits combine to produce a complex nose, which is enhanced with some butterscotch lees characters. The palate is vibrant and fresh with a lovely concentration of tropical and subtle tropical flavours. The wine finishes with persistence and a lingering attractive textural flavour.

Hand Picked Gin Gin clone, the balance of fruit, oak, acidity is so immaculate it is a pointless exercise to try to deconstruct their contributions. Mon Tout Heydays Chardonnay 2022 vintage comes with another change up this year with Mount Barker dictating even more of the style than the 2020 release, yet Heydays is still overtly, beautifully and enticingly Chardonnay. Delicate floral aromas of honeysuckle, apricot, and lemon zest. Flavours of stone fruit, lychee and pear combine in a silky and seamless manner. The fine, mineral acidity and oak tension adds restraint, texture and length.
