The EJ Shiraz is the jewel in Paxton's organic and biodynamic crown. Awarded 95 points in the Halliday Wine Companion 2017, this wine is the result of low yielding vines that are more than a century old. The flavour is elegant and round and the nose offers vanilla, black current and oak.

High up in the Adelaide Hills, Paracombe is owned and operated by the Drogemuller family, which it has passionately done since 1983. Sourced from both estate and selected grower fruit, Paracombe Shiraz shows wonderful ripe fruit aromas with a delicate cool-climate aspect. Water Wheel is a historic winery located in the traditional wine region of Bendigo in central Victoria. Californian Cabernet Sauvignon from Woodbridge.A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon with Shiraz and Merlot, employed to add complexity and balance to the palate, some ageing in French and American oak barrels also adds to the flavour spectrum. Appealing red and dark berry fruit character reminiscent of cherry and currant, backed by warm vanilla tones on a long smooth finish.
